A workflow contains all the steps that are automatically or manually performed after a Data Subject Request is submitted. You may add a different workflow to each request type, such as delete or access. Each workflow is composed of six steps. The third phase, Data Discovery And Fulfillment is where all the magic happens. For every step, we can add a task or a notification.
